Tava/Grill/Shallow Frying

  • step 1:-Thaw required quantity of frozen Chicken Lucknowi Seekh Kabab. (Thawing: Ideal way to thaw is to shift it from freezer to refrigerator 4 hours. For immediate usage, please keep it out of the freezer at room temperature for 30 minutes). Keep the rest of the product back into the freezer.
  • step 2:-Heat the tava/pan or grill on medium heat. Put 2 tbsp of oil and heat the kabab for 3-4 minutes.
  • step 3:-Flip occasionally in between.
  • step 4:-Remove from the pan and serve.

Microwave

  • step 1:-Place required quantity of frozen Chicken Lucknowi Seekh Kabab on microwavable tray. Keep the rest of the product back into the freezer.
  • step 2:-Heat it in microwave for 2-3 minutes.
  • step 3:-Remove and serve hot.
