  • step 1:-Thaw the required quantity of frozen Murgh Malai Tikka. (Thawing:- Ideal way to thaw is to shift it from the freezer to the refrigerator for 4 hours. For immediate usage, please keep it out of the freezer at room temperature for 30 minutes).
  • step 2:-Heat the tava/pan or grill on medium heat. Put 2 tbsp of oil and heat the tikka for 3-4 minutes.
  • step 3:-Flip occasionally in between.
  • step 4:-Remove from the tava and serve hot.

Microwave

  • step 1:-Place the required quantity of frozen Murgh Malai Tikka in microwavable tray.
  • step 2:-Heat it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.
  • step 3:-Remove and serve hot.

Microwave minutes are estimates and may vary with different microwave ovens.
